Zazuu only gives you option for use of web, even though I already have the app downloaded

Currently, the Zazuu app can only take you to the provider’s site. I understand the frustration of having to open Zazuu, select a provider, then being redirected to a website when you already the app installed on your phone.

We are working on a deeper integration that will automatically open the provider’s app if you have it installed, and if not, redirect you to the website.

I can’t promise a time that this improvement will be rolled out. However, I can say it will be in the next few weeks.
